APPLE TART WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Ingredients:
3 apples
3 eggs
300 g flour
200 g sugar
100 g extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 sachet of yeast
A sprinkle of cinnamon
1/2 lemon
Icing sugar

Preparation:
Cut the apples into slices and squeeze some lemon over them. Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the olive oil, flour, yeast and cinnamon. Add the apples and pour the mixture into a cake tin that you have greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°. Once cool, dust with icing sugar.
