HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO US

The online sale of our products is covered by distance-selling legislation (articles 50 to 68 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/05), which governs distance-selling contracts – i.e. contracts relating to sales made outwith commercial premises.

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale for any reason, without the requirement to provide explanations or the application of any penalty charge. To exercise your rights, all you have to do is write to "La Massedale" stating your desire to withdraw, and then, within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the products, organise the shipment of the products back to the address shown below.


The only condition for returns and refunds is that the tin must not have been opened and must not be damaged in any way.

HOW AND WHERE TO SEND THE PRODUCTS FOR A REFUND

The products must be sent back within 14 working days of receiving them.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
Once we receive the products, we’ll immediately set to work processing the refund. The timescale will depend on the payment method you used. In any case, you will be refunded within 10 days at the latest.
